Learning Objectives
 

This course offers students the fundamentals in coaching. When completed, participants will have the course-required-hours for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Certification by the  ICF. They will learn, experience, and coach to the core competencies, ethical guidelines, and themes unique to the gold standard in coaching. 

 

The learning objectives include, but are not limited to:

 

• Identifying tools, resources, and several coaching models to fully support the client’s professional and personal goals.

• Developing an awareness of coaching ethics to create a transparent and comfortable coaching environment. 

• Being fully cognizant of the ICF competencies and how they are integral and foundational to coaching excellence.

• Utilizing methods and behaviors to foster successful coaching with a client in any context.

 

Why This Course?

In this program the certified coach instructors share their methodologies, techniques, and experiences from their successes and challenges specific to coaching government employees, groups and teams, and individuals at all stages of their personal growth and professional development. 

 

The course design includes the coaching process, several standard and novel coaching models, coaching resources and tools, professional resources, and subjects relevant to coaching an individual or group. 

 

It features mini-discussions and presentations, coaching exercises, case studies, individual and small group exercises, and most of all, discussions with experienced government and private sector coaches who are currently working as internal or external coaches.

Regular Tuition is $6500.00.  This includes books and other course material.

Discounts available for larger class sizes.

Participants canceling less than fourteen (14) days prior to the class start will receive a full refund minus $500 for processing fee (which included the shipment of books and materials).
