I’m very glad that I discovered the University of Government Coaching. The courses are taught by top coaching professionals with substantial experience in the federal government. I took three courses:  the Certificate in Government Coaching, the ACC Mentor Coaching course, and the PCC Mentor Coaching course. Each time, the curriculum and faculty professionalism was outstanding. The courses were all well-designed and met all International Coach Federation guidelines for accreditation.  All of the instructors showed sincere dedication to my professional growth and went well beyond what would normally be expected from coaching courses. As a result, I really improved my coaching knowledge and skills and now feel much more confident in my ability to successfully coach others.  Moreover, I received a great education in exchange for the investment.

As a graduate of the Certificate in Government Coaching (CGC), I have a better understanding of how government coaching is different than coaching in the commercial sector.  While the federal clients face the challenges that commercial sector clients face, their operating structure is very different.  This learning opportunity provided me with a greater understanding of that operating environment.
