Why This Course?

Professionals in all fields recognize the benefits of continuous learning. The best coaches know that the more coaching experience one has, the greater the need to expand one’s skills and toolboxes as coach practitioners.

This course involves the faculty’s sharing the tools, techniques, and stories from our successes and challenges specific to coaching government employees and teams. The workshop is designed to make coaching more meaningful to all Government clients.

It features mini-discussions and presentations, coaching exercises, case studies, individual and small group exercises, and most of all, discussion with experienced government and private sector coaches who are currently working as internal or external coaches.
